Who is Chief Justice Bernie Besherse?

Chief Justice Bernie Besherse has always had a strong appetite for learning. For instance, in High School, his elective classes were additional science and mathematics subjects.  He also studied “Library Science,” where he not only assisted in keeping the books clean and in the right position on the shelves, he assisted in assigning the Dewey Decimal numbers, and typing the file index cards.  There was plenty of time left over during the week for reading.

While in High School, Mr. Besherse was able to read the family’s entire set of Encyclopedia Britannica three times, cover-to-cover, all 24 volumes plus Index and Atlas.  Of course, he does not remember everything that he read in the Encyclopedia, but enough of the information stuck that it formed a good, solid base of data for later years of work experience, which included many months of actually working in libraries in the U.S. Army and in libraries as a civilian.

Between High School and the U.S. Army, Bernie attended a church college as a ministerial student, but became extremely discouraged with organized religion because their primary objective seemed to be to expand their denomination’s membership and increase the amount of their income, by whatever means.  That particular church seemed to favor denominational loyalty over a deep desire to study, learn, and teach the word of YHWH.

In the 1970’s, Bernie was fishing for salmon off the Oregon coast, and working as a journeyman carpenter.  A spinal injury sidelined those occupations, and Bernie moved to Alaska.  That move turned into more than a decade in the Merchant Marine, where he rose to the position of Chief Purser in the Alaska Marine Highway System.  Eight months of the time in Alaska was spent serving on the longest and most expensive criminal trial (up to that time) that Alaska had ever experienced.  This was an excellent opportunity for learning how the court system in America REALLY works.

In the early 1990’s Mr. Bernie E. Besherse started to expand the depth and breadth of his knowledge by attending legal seminars on the creation of domestic and foreign Trusts.  He became personally involved with a Foreign Grantor Trust in 1994.

In 1996, Bernie was asked by his long-time mentor to assist in writing Corporation Sole documents in preparation of the mentor’s retirement.  In 1997, Bernie began writing corporation sole for his own clients.  The aims: minimum complication, maximum protection for the holdings of their religious society, and minimum taxation as permitted by existing laws.

Bernie has been optimizing the wording in the Trust and Corporation Sole documents throughout his career as a legal researcher and the author of legal documents.  None of the Corporations Sole or Trusts, even the very earliest, has ever been taken to court by the IRS or any other plaintiff.  There are always going to be changes in the laws, so Bernie and his team of experts, are fanatic about up-to-date research and continue educating their clients to keep them from ever being challenged.

Bernie is not a BAR-Licensed attorney, but he does have a Power of Appointment as Judge in a Religious Court that is operating with recognition by the laws of the State of Wyoming.  A Corporation Sole operates within its own jurisdiction and under its own laws with the authority of a recognized, incorporated City Government.  By staying several steps ahead of the financial predators and by following the IRS laws to the letter, he helps his clients to remain in full compliance with the existing laws and enjoy a peaceful life.
